Dungeon of the Mad Mage Dynamic Lighting Glitches

I DM for a party of 4 online through Roll20, and we are doing the dungeon of the mad mage module in role20. A few days ago I went and and got Plus subscription to get dynamic lighting. It was working completely fine when I was setting it up and everything (adding in doors, finding the settings I liked ect.), but we just finished our first dynamic lighting session and it was really slow, glitchy, and overall kinda painful. It got to the point where I was just screensharing a players view through discord for 3 of the members. Do you guys know of any solution to this? It really kinda sucks, because the whole point of me getting dynamic lighting was so that players could have alot more agency in where they would go, without me having to be constantly revealing everything, but I was having to drag everyone around, which just made it a whole lot worse.

My understanding is that some of those maps are really large (I don't own it to have experienced it myself).  The larger the map is, the more of a strain it can be to display with dynamic lighting.  One thing that can make quite a difference is Explorer mode.  If that is on, you might turn it off for the map you are on and see if that makes things work better for you.

TimBits, did Kraynic's advice regarding Explorer Mode help? If not which pages have the most issues?
