Cintiq 13 not working on roll20

Hey everyone, I have been having this issue for a few months now thinking it's just a simple bug or updated drivers but it's not working. And yes, I have seen this on the forum a few other times but didn't find a solution - I am on a Mac Book, not a PC. No Windows ink program to interfere like have seen in other solutions posts - No I am not on a tablet. The Cintiq works with touch/pen compatibility but is an extra monitor displaying a regular browser mode. - The tablet registers the pen and activation. It works fine in photo software, or on my regular computer use/navigation - It even registers when I select tools on the board. I can pick select tools, line tools of various kinds, ruler tools etc. Just doesn't register my pen on the board. Regular mouse clicks work fine. I didn't have this problem a few months ago, but now that I want to DM again its making it difficult.

Hi The Count! Confirmed. I have the same issue on my Intuos. I'd suggest a  Help Center Request . I'll also make a report. Edit: Touch interface works fine, it's just that the pen tool clicks are not recognized in the VTT area.
Hey The Count and keithcurtis, Thanks for letting us know about this. I can also confirm that I'm not able to get this working on an iPad with the Apple Pen. It seems like all pen tools regardless of machine are not working. I'm glad to hear that the touch interface works as expected. I've created a ticket on the VTT Team's backlog. I can't guarantee when we'll be able to fix this. It could be a while but we'll see what we can do. Thanks again for reporting!
