Dungeons & Dragons 4e Template Builder broken?

Hello! Sorry if I'm not supposed to post this here. My group and I decided to play a few games a 4e to see what the system was like. Anyways, the character sheet makes use of a Google Sheet, located here , to help facilitate inputting powers. The only problem is that it looks like someone, somehow, really goofed up some of the formulas, and it doesn't work like it should. None of us know much about macros or formulas, and I was wondering if someone had a copy of the Google sheet before it was broken? Or maybe it isn't broken and we're just not understanding. Any assistance would be great!
This 4e template builder is more intuitive IMO and much less cluttered http://4e-power-builder.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ I can't really help with the one you are using but I've found this one to be extremely useful.
I'll take anything I can get, thank you!

I also run a 4e game and I've found that adding something like, {{emote=**@{selected|token_name} ** attacks **@{target|target1|token_name}**.}} into the emote section is really helpful. Also, you may want to consider adding  + ?{Modifier|0} [Modifier] into the attack formula so you can easily add modifiers on the fly. You have to add that by hand after creating your macros, but it's not difficult. Finally, if you don't care if your players see the defenses of your monsters, you can also add; ac} fort} will} or ref} right before the part where it says the name of the defense and it will clearly show the to hit values. Here is an example power and I made the part bold that I added after the power was created. &{template:dnd4epower}   {{emote=**@{selected|token_name} ** swoops down and attacks **@{target|target1|token_name}**.}}       {{attack=[[ 1d20 +  6  [static bonus] + ?{Modifier|0} [Modifier] ]] vs ref} **Ref**}}
