Starting New Group 5e

Hello everyone, I'm looking to run some games in my homebrew setting I'm calling the Shattered Thronelands. It's a lower magic setting. I want to start it out as more west marches style to work with peoples schedules. I would like to have a core group that plays weekly or biweekly though. If you are interested dm me your discord username so I can invite you to the server. We will be playing on roll20 and using discord for audio. High level overview of the world is below.  Generalized truths of the world.  THE WORLD  The tyrannical titans are gone. The mysterious fey have diminished. The time for Humanity is upon us, we must unite to tame the savage world.   Magic  As the fey dwindled, so did the power known as magic. Few remain who can wield its arcane power and secrets.  Legacies  It is hard to trust those that do not belong to our people. Strangers can always be an enemy.    Communities  The land surrounding cities have been forged into a home. We will fight to the death to defend what is ours.    Leaders  Those that lead are as varied as the people. Some use monarchies and others use warlords, while still some use reason and a governing body of morals to define themselves.    Defense  The wealthy have walls and armies, the poor have each other.   Old Gods  The cruel gods of the titans are shunned by all but the depraved.  Religion  The new gods openly display miracles and those with enough faith wield their power. To deny the gods is to admit you are a fool.  Old Races  The children of titans live on, many finding their own identity while others try and carry on the old ways.  Monsters  Creatures that can only be called monsters range all over the world. Attacks on caravans and unguarded settlements are not uncommon.   Horrors  Something more than a monster and totally alien, a sighting of these creatures is foreboding indeed.
Will there be any special rules reflecting this lack of magic in the world?  You say humanity, but what races are allowed?
Thanks for the question!  No special rules, it's vanilla 5e. My intent isn't to restrict spell casters in any way. Don't expect to find a magic shop in town is more of what I was implying.  All officially published races are allowed. Expect most of the population to be human based. Players are always the exception.
