Charactermancer - can't proceed and can't opt out. Unable to see character sheet.

Hi, New to roll20 and struggling with Charactermancer, my character was created by the GM. After levelling up I went in to increase the level and as I had made a mistake abandoned the changes. Now when I go back into Charactermancer clicking on "OPT OUT, "BACK TO TOP" or "NEXT" don't react to any click (Bio's and Attributes at the top do). I've cleared cookies and history and tried this on Edge desktop, Chrome desktop and Duck Duck Go's mobile browser but the issue still remains.  Also tried this "In Private" but no luck. Desperate to get the character sheet back, but it's locked behind Charactermancer, can anyone help? Thanks  

Hi, when you abandoned the changes, I assume you clicked "cancel"? Have you tried Firefox? We have problems with any other browser, even Chrome.  Cancel works fine for me in Firefox.  Also, how are you accessing Charactermancer, is it via the Core section and the little anvil icon, or via settings.  If the latter, belt n braces, just checking you are clicking the second option "Launch Level + Charactermancer"?  Sorry if this is the obvious stuff, but just trying to eliminate those for when someone more knowledgeable jumps in : ))
