Not receiving password reset email

Hi, I'm locked out of my Pro Account and have tried repeatedly to get a password reset email so I can get in, but I'm not receiving the email no matter how much I try, I am in dire need of help, please!

Your best bet is to contact the Devs via the Help Center . With that said, make sure you check your spam folder.
