Can't upload to handouts

I'm trying to add handouts to my game. I open a new one, and whether I try to upload from file or drag the file across, nothing much happens, even if I leave it for 5 minutes. I've not used up my quota so I don't know what to do. The files I want to use are jpegs, mostly under 100KB.

Hi Steve! Some possibilities: Try using a private browsing window, just in case an extension is blocking some behavior Are you using either Chrome or Firefox (the supported browsers)? Try flushing cache and cookies? Are you using an antivirus program such as Avast? (there are some avenues to pursue if this is the case) Can you post a screenshot of your quota diagram? Many people have been tripped up by thinking they have space, but not realizing that it has been consumed by audio uploads.
I'm using Chrome and I've got 66.1MB free space. I am running AVG but I'm not using their browser. I've uploaded things before, for this game even. Thanks for getting back to me.

If AVG can whitelist Roll20, try that. Did a private browsing window work? You can also try toggling this setting to "yes" on your account page, which was recently put in as a temporary stopgap to over-zealousness on the part of certain anti-virus programs.
