Rolling from Character Sheet Issue - Not producing dice values

Hi all, I have a campaign with a character named 'Lerissa'. When the player goes to roll a perception check from the character sheet, instead of getting the standard d20 roll with modifiers, they instead get this in the chat window: Lerissa|perception_roll This happens with other ability checks as well (e.g. animal handling), and doesn't happen with other players. Has anyone seen this before? Or ideas for how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!
What game are you playing and what character sheet are you using?  Can you post screenshots of Lerissa’s sheet that you make the rolls from?

When text like that appears, it usually means that roll20 hasnt found the named ability, macro, or character. What that means in this case is hard to say. Is the character name correct, are the abilities correctly created on the character?
Hi all, We are playing Curse of Strahd and using the standard 5e sheet on roll20. I've posted the character sheet. When I make rolls from it the rolls look fine. But when the player does it they get the text - which leaves me a bit lost on explanations. Since it's just the player having issues I'm wondering if I just need to remove their access to the sheet and then reassign it to them.  Any potential solutions would be appreciated!
Does the player have ‘Can Be Edited and Controlled By’ access to that character? Make sure you haven’t only given them ‘Can Be Viewed By’ access. (If you’re not sure, open the character sheet, click on the Edit button on the top right, and post a screenshot of the Edit settings page for that character). if that’s not the issue, also confirm that there is not another character or handout in the journal that is also named ‘Lerissa’. Duplicate names characters can cause issues if the roll is trying to call an ability from a different sheet
Hello, The PC did have both edited by and controlled by access. However, I deleted their access, granted them both edited and control access and had them sign out and back into roll20. That seems to have done the trick. Thank you for the help!
