[LFG] Looking to learn Mutants and Masterminds from the ground up

Always been a fan of superheroes and have wanted to learn the system for some time. Willing to learn, American for the purpose of time zones, open all evenings (After 5pm CST) of the week except Sunday. Open all day Tuesday. Discord if you want to PM me there: Atrabb#2463
I'm interested in learning and running it as well. In the deep past I ran several successful campaigns using Champions. I've been trying to find a physical copy of the book for a while now, but am thinking of just getting a PDF to study it. But as you say, I'd have to start from the ground up.
I am also interested in playing, if MackK will run it. Free any time except Thursdays.
I am interested. But I just need time to learn at least the basics of the advanced rules. I'm unlearned enough so far to the degree that I only recently found out this is more of a "theater of the mind" game than tactical tabletop. But that could be an advantage for a new system. But I could promise to try and get up to speed in a couple weeks, and players could maybe be gathered in the meantime.
In my opinion, the best place to learn M&M is the FreedomVerse Discord server, even if you don't intend to participate in their living world. The people there are incredibly patient; Holman in particular is good at phrasing why the game is designed the way it is in a way that even my argumentative ADHD autism brain can comprehend and begrudgingly accept. I don't think I can link it directly here, but it should be easy enough to search for.
Hi LL. thanks I will check that out. Really before I commit I should maybe look into being able to ask a question here and there of some seasoned vets once I do get my hands on the rules. Oh that sounds like a good place to start.
