I've been playing around with the TokenMod scripts to keep up with the conditions on a token for Starfinder games (though with a little work, this can doubtless apply to any game that allows 3.5-style conditions to be applied to a character). It requires a custom token set (not provided), but is a lot easier than trying to manually track 3-4 conditions on a token. Let me know if you find it useful or if you find any issues.
