Seems someone tried to modify the dark heresy first edition sheets. Random boxes next to the main stats have been added so that displaces them, and makes the sheet look quite unappealing, as well as making it easy to mistakenly read the stats wrong, as they're placed closer to the text of the next one instead of itself.
