Can't change my Username due to Error: Token Mismatch

I have been having issues with roll20 launching the wrong game 90% of the time. The other day I had someone send me a sick message telling me they were gonna swat me as well as do some inhumane things to my dog. So for my safety and my mental health, I reported them and I am now trying to change my username. however, I am getting at Error: Token mismatch every time I attempt to do so.  Can someone help me understand whats going on?

I'd like to clarify a couple things first.  1) Could you elaborate on Roll20 launching the "wrong game"? Perhaps with some reproduction steps?  2) How are you trying to change your user name? It shouldn't affect your tokens. 

Error: token mismatch doesn't refer to game tokens, it's a code term. Something is failing in the process of changing the name. I won't use your name in this thread, OP, so that when you do have it changed, there's no logical link, since you are changing this due to harassment. That being said, Roll20 takes harassment very seriously. I would suggest escalating this to a  Help Center Request , and get that name changed quickly. I'll do what I can to call attention to your issue.

How soon after being in "World for Character Creation" did you try to launch your Strahd Game?  Was the "World for Character Creation" tab still open?
