Marketplace Item not loading in game

I recently purchased City Map Assets  by  Venatus Maps . When I went into my game to use this purchase to create a map, it has been stuck on the spinning loading circle for an hour. After an hour of waiting for the items to load I refreshed the page and I still cannot get the items to show up to use to create a map in my games.

Make sure you have set the drop down menu to "Maps, Tiles, Textures".  The search criteria should be City Map Assets It should show up in a couple minutes at most. If it hasn't try again, don't wait an hour. :)
Drop down menu was set to "Maps, Tiles, Textures" but it continues to stay on the circle of endless not loading. I have the sub folder for the City Map Assets clicked to open but it will not load any of the product.

Does this happen in a private or incognito window? Are you using any extensions?
I don't have private or incognito windows going on. The only extension I had was Beyond20, which I just now took off. With Beyond20 removed I am still experiencing the same problem. I do have many other marketplace items that I have purchased over the years, not sure if that is why it is having difficulties loading. My other marketplace items load fine, it is just this one that will not load.

I am sorry if I was not more clear, please try a Private or Incognito window, sometimes that can resolve issues.  Which browser are you using?

To clarify, the point of trying a  Private or Incognito window is to test if there are any extension conflicts, cached data or cookies that are contributing to an issue. It's a diagnostic. If you are continuing to have problems after trying that (and Gauss' other suggestions), the best bet might be to file a  Help Center Request .
I am using Google Chrome as the browser, tried using the private window and it still did not work.

One more possibility before I second Keith's suggestion to file a Help Center request, does this happen in multiple campaigns? (Can you try this in a second campaign?)
It happens in my other campaigns as well. I found a sort of work around. It did let me copy it to my personal library folder, I just have to scroll through all my personal images/tokens/etc that I add though in order to do this.

In that case I suggest filing a report with the Devs via the Help Center .
