Dynamic Lighting not visible on toolbar/page settings

Purchased a sub last night and have not been able to tinker with the Dynamic Lighting because it's not in the interface.  I slept on it figuring there might be a delay between purchase and implementation, but 12 hours later still the same...I have unlocked some sub assets, but again...literally purchased sub for dynamic lighting so...I need some help troubleshooting.  Is there a discord I might be able to facilitate this troubleshoot with?  I have logged out multiple times and tried multiple browsers.
You have a 'plus' flair, so you should have access to the DL layer. When you are on a map, go to the toolbar on the left side of the screen. The second icon down from the top has your layer options and right below the GM layer should be the dynamic lighting layer.

Hi Pat,  Roll20 does not have an official Discord server although there is an unofficial server (  r/Roll20 ) associated with the Roll20 Reddit.  With that said, the forums are really the best place for troubleshooting Roll20. You get the most eyeballs on the problem. Could you please provide a screenshot of your game? Also, are you the owner of the game?
^This is my DotMM game I'm currently trying to apply DL to.  I can show the page settings if you'd like, but there is no DL settings there just 'page details' tab.  I hit the data cap on a previous account that I 'started' this campaign with, and so I passed DM to my current account and left the game on that account.  And with the data cap approaching on this current account (DotMM assets...yikes) and the prospect of needing to juggle multiple accounts, I decided to just try a sub level before buying yearly. I created a dummy campaign to test if DL works at all with the sub level and: It works!  Any ideas why it doesn't work on one campaign, but does on another?  I will recreate my DotMM campaign as an absolute last resort, but there must be enough info here or that I can obtain to enable it on the proper campaign.  I have 10s of hours of prep in maps and tokens placed with notes (not to mention the maps are kind of useful as archives).   Also if anyone understands this troubleshoot I'd vastly prefer a walkthrough on discord where I can stream the symptoms/issue.  TY for your help!   Schmendrick #2501
Check your game Settings for the DotMM campaign and check if under "Game Default Settings" the Tab "Dynamic Lighting" is available. Since the campaign was created prior to you getting the PLUS Sub, it should be added with your Subscription to all your campaigns. Do you have Access to the Dynamic Lighting Layer while in your DotMM campaign? If the Tab is NOT there, try to copy your game and see if it is available there.

The perks available in a game are based on the creator of the game, not the person with the GM role. That game, created under (presumably) a non-subscribing account does not have dynamic lighting, even though the GM has a Plus or Pro. The easiest way to remedy this and preserve your work is to contact Roll20 and ask them to move the game from the old account to your new one. The art assets will still belong to the old account, so be careful not to delete anything. You may have to answer some questions to prove that the old and new account holders are the same person; the existence of a purchased module may complicate the process somewhat. Please post again after you have tried a  Help Center Request  and let us know how it turns out!
