Someone is going to have to pony up and be the GM. Saying you are playing this game under these rules without an actual GM is literally putting the cart before a non-existent horse. For instance, if I wanted to GM, which I don't have time for, I don't use Elephant in the Room. What then?

@GMDM It doesn't specifically say that those rules have to be in play, I mentioned that i prefer those but using them or not are up for discussion
