How to get the chat to stop sticking my name in every few lines

Is there a way I can get the chat log to stop sticking my name in the middle of my multi-line macro outputs? It makes it very difficult to keep track of where each output stops and especially where each one starts.
You can't... though you can trick the chat system by starting every macro with an emote.

Actually, by setting a fake character up with just a single space as a name and adding a blank line after the emote, this works reasonably well. It'd be better without the almost-blank line, but this is still a substantial improvement over having the user name interjected randomly. Now I just need to keep all my macros to under five lines of actual output.
use the Power Card API. You can have super long text without breaks in it.

I saw that mentioned in the Pathfinder character sheet thread a couple times, and found a page describing how it works, but was unable to get anywhere with it. Even just the basic tagging commands didn't seem to work for me. I've managed to get macros set up for all party skill checks and the attacks of every character that stay together pretty good with HoneyBadger's emote suggestion, so I'm happy enough for now.
To use any scripts, you have to be a mentor.
Not in the budget for the foreseeable future unfortunately.

It would be helpful if there were a few additional options for output formatting without needing mentor level access...particularly for use with character sheets. Even something as simple as the ability to supress the automatic name pre-pending (as suggested here), and a very basic bold/italic/underline/text colour would make the world of difference when outputting results from a macro/char sheet button
