Handouts Not Working

So I'm not sure what I did to screw the pooch on this but I cannot seem to open the Handouts I made to band-aid a temporary issue I am having with getting character sheets in place for my players (which is simply that there is no English version character sheet for Shadowrun 6E on the character deal in game settings and I thus far can't be bothered to try to figure out how to get one working in it). I didn't touch any API stuff and haven't done much of anything since I created the Handouts in the first place so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am using Opera GX so not sure if that has anything to do with it or what. Would appreciate any help to figure out what's wrong with this so I can fix it before my session tonight.

Hi Crennos! I don't use Opera, so I can only guess at some tests and solutions: 1) make sure your handouts are set to open in the VTT and not in their own windows (you can control this in the settings tab). This will help make sure it is not some anti popup setting at fault. 2)Test in a private browsing window (or whatever Opera might call them). This will eliminate most extensions as culprits 3) Test with a different browser. (This will help make sure it is nothing specific to Opera). 4) Delete cache and cookies.
I've had this issue when I popped out the chat pane.
