How can I add Arcane Armour, from UA, to my character sheet?

The spell buffs a weapon with either  acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder damage, and does an additional 1d6. I am not very proficient with Roll20. What would be the easiest way to add this spell to my sheet?

Hi Haste,  Which character sheet are you using? If you don't know the name please supply a screenshot.

Hi  Go to global settings, toggle Global Damage Modifier on right hand side, now go to Core page, click the gear icon for the newly displayed global damage modifier, give it a name, say "Arcane Armour" put 1d6 in as damage and 1d6 as Crit, now put this in where it says type     ?{DamageType|Acid|Cold|Fire|Lightning|Poison|Thunder}      and away you go.  Spell active, click the box for this global damage mod, spell expired, de-select.  Not familiar with spell, but assume it has a duration above one round and also, assuming 5e sheet

I got to this part and I'm not sure what you mean next. I have created this: What do I need to next?
Where it has 1d6 greyed out, type in 1d6 (so in two places, the greyed out text is just an example to show you the expected type of input in those fields). Now click the gear icon to close it, it should show against that character as a selectable Global Damage Mod, anyone with control of that character can select it when the spell is active or de-select it when the spell expires

Thank you

Hakuna neno : )
Simon G. said: Hakuna neno One thing I just considered. Part of the spell means the weapon becomes a magic weapon. As an Artificer, I was swinging my staff with Strenght before I believe. With this spell, I think I'm right in saying I can use my Int stat instead.  Assuming that's correct, is there a way to incorporate that into this mod?
So the spell changes the attribute used for attack and damage from STR to INT?
Simon G. said: So the spell changes the attribute used for attack and damage from STR to INT?  No I was wrong. It's a class feature at level 3 that I can use my Int for magic attacks. This spell makes it a magic item but doesn't give me that ability yet. Thanks again!

OK, well given that levels 1 and 2 go past you faster than a month's wages, this is a macro for a staff that might prove useful since it calls on INT rather than STR @{selected|wtype}&{template:atkdmg} {{mod=[[@{selected|intelligence_mod} [INT] + @{selected|PB}[PROF]]]}} {{rname=Arcane Staff}} {{r1=[[@{selected|d20}cs>20 + @{selected|intelligence_mod} [INT] + @{selected|PB}[PROF]]]}} @{selected|rtype}cs>20 + @{selected|intelligence_mod} [INT] + @{selected|PB}[PROF]]]}} {{attack=1}} {{range=5ft}} {{damage=1}} {{dmg1flag=1}} {{dmg1=[[1d6 + @{selected|intelligence_mod} [INT]]]}} {{dmg1type=Bludgeoning}} {{dmg2=[[0]]}} {{dmg2type=}} {{crit1=[[1d6[CRIT]]]}} {{crit2=[[0[CRIT]]]}}  {{globalattack=@{selected|global_attack_mod}}} {{globaldamage=[[1d6]]}} {{globaldamagecrit=[[1d6]]}} {{globaldamagetype=?{DamageType|Acid|Cold|Fire|Lightning|Poison|Thunder}}}}  Just go to your collections tab, create a new macro, name it, select buttons to ensure visible to players and token action and save. Alternatively, set it up on the character under the Attributes & Abilities tab, making sure to tick the Token Action or Macro Bar radio button as appropriate.  There are others far more versed in the foul magics behind macros who will no doubt find an easier way : )) This works with the aformentioned Global Attack Modifer turned off
