D&D 5e character sheet not rolling properly

Hi there, I have a player that, every time she rolls from her character sheet, such as a medicine skill check, it comes us as "Krisleth Shadowwalker |medicine_roll". Yet when the GM rolls from her sheet, it works fine. This must be a localized UI error but I have zero idea how to fix it. It happens for all rolls, even for displaying the spell save DC at the bottom of the spell info when she casts a spell. " Krisleth Shadowwalker |spell_save_dc" Any suggestions I could try with her to correct this would be a great help. Thanks!

Hi Jim,  My guess is it is a browser level issue. Probably an extension causing it.  Please have your player report the browser they are using. Also please have them try using a Incognito (Chrome) or Privacy (Firefox) tab.

They are using Chrome, its up to date. We've disabled all extensions, tried incognito. Still the same result, doesn't show any roll results, just the same "[character name] |charisma_save_roll" Any insight would be helpful, thanks!

Do you happen to have another character sheet with the same name in the campaign? -Adam
