Can't open Character sheets

Hello, I have an Alien game where I can't open the character sheets nor can I create Characters though it will let me make or see a handout. I checked in another campaign and things seem to work fine in that one. Any known problems here? Mikel

Are you logged in as a Player or GM?  If you are logged in as a player, you might not have permission to open anything.

Hi Mikel! You say you can't open character sheets. Can you elaborate on that? What happens when you try? What does it look like?. This could be a case of no sheet having been assigned to the game, but it's all guesswork without details.

I'm in as a GM and the Alien character sheet is attached to the game.  It's a game I ran about 2 years ago that has information I could use for a convention so I was trying to open and check them. When I click on them, nothing happens.  I click on one of the handouts I made for an agenda and the window pops up like normal.  I click on the characters and nothing. In the new stuff up top, I can click on Handout or Add (PDF or Folder) and that seems to work fine.  When I click on "Character" nothing happens there, either. I opened up another campaign, Fate of the Norns, and everything worked fine.  NEW INFO The Alien one was the game I logged into where it asked me if I wanted to switch to the new system Roll20 is using.  The sidebar looked like the old one again so I went in and clicked the options to have the new UI. Now it will let me make new characters with that button in the picture above but it still does nothing when I click on an old character.  Doesn't open the sheet or anything.

That is perplexing. I would suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and using that to file a  Help Center Request . This likely requires a dev's attention.
