Set Campaign User Settings globally

When joining a campaign as Player or creating a new one as GM you ALWAYS need to set the Avatar Size, Display, Sound Settings etc. which is REALLY annoying! It would save A LOT of time for Players AND GMs, to only set those ONCE and adjust it if necessary for the game you are in! With this, the only thing that needs to be done is to set the "Display name"...
