[LFG] Player looking for something different

Hey, Alright, Iv been playing DnD and some equivalents, and I'm looking for something different then the old Adventure skit, and after watching a few other campaigns, I'd figure I'd fish around and see if I couldn't find a DM thats hosting something a bit more focused on staying in one place and building something...whether its the players being part of a group of settlers forming a small village, helping to grow it into a thriving town through their own hard work and leadership...or maybe something a bit more Slice of Lifeesq, with the players just being a group of Fishermen catching weird and exotic fish, or just something thats different then the usual DnD Mindset of spectacular and magical adventures usually crafted around the players that brings them to all sorts of places, but instead focusing on the finer things and encouraging players to grow even more connected to some people in a town...or city. The Two examples were based off of two modules I had heard of but forgot the names of, I wish I did, so I could give a bit more in terms of example on what I'm looking for. Even then, if you ARE running something different then the average game, let me know to, who knows, might catch my interest! Im currently available for anytime on  Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday, and around 8 AM to 2 PM EST on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but could probably make something work if needed.

I had a Fantasy campaign that was a mix of adventuring and rebuilding a small village.  I ran it for some friends, but peoples lives got into the way. Id always be willing to run it again, as long as you’re open for using GURPS as a system.

You should also mention that your game is text based only when asking people to join your game. It is listed that way because it is up to the players if they want to do voice or text live sessions. Currently left up to a vote. I have plenty of experience running all formats so it doesn't matter to me. Went ahead and updated the posts to reflect that. This information was already included in the LFG listing but now it is there twice for clarity.
