Remove "Join Voice and Video" on token

I know that to not join voice and video you go into Audio and Video settings and set both to 'none' But even having done that over our tokens 'join voice and video' where it used to just....not am i missing something or is this just part of the changes?

It is counterintuitive, but if you click the "Join" button on your avatar while you are set to "none" it gets rid of the prompt, until your next refresh.  It does not actually do anything else.  If you'd like it to be gone permanently the Campaign Owner needs to change the Audio/Video from Integrated Voice & Video to either Legacy WebRTC or "None (no video/audio)".
