Make sure you do that when clearing the cookies/cache and please try again.

Just to test and make sure that it is showing up at all, try using a private browsing window or a browser you don't typically use for Roll20. In the meantime, I'll do some research and asking about and see what I can find.

Gabriel, we just got word back. Both Keith and I forgot about the setting in My Settings tab, under Graphics.  Remove the checkmark on this setting: "Disable auto sizing of tokens dropped on the Map Layer"
