BIlo, I will point out that every VTT works this way for sheets/system support. There are officially created sheets/systems on fantasy grounds, Foundry, etc. However, there are also community created sheets on most of these. A few minutes thought should explain why this is the case; there are literally 1,000's (maybe 10s of 1000's) systems in the world. There is literally no way for any company to create support for all of those systems. Because of this, these companies focus on a few systems (or even only one system in some cases), and leave it to the community to support anything else they want to play. If the VTT doesn't offer the ability for the community to create their own sheets/systems/whatever the VTT calls it, then the VTT simply doesn't support anything else. As for your metaphor, a more apt metaphor for your reaction would be walking into a dealer room at a con, seeing a booth that isn't manned at the moment, and then threatening to sue the convention. Edit: As for why I haven't fixed it yet as I mentioned above, I have several sheets that I do officially support, and have had to handle some issues there.
