This can already be achieved by adding a custom item to the turn tracker with a round calculation. That help article gives "Round Count" as an example.
It's true that you can do it manually, but it would be so useful to have this by default, with the possibility to remove it for those who don't need it, or simply make it discreet so that it does not disturb anyone if not useful.
