Heliana's guide to monster hunting compendium owned but not in library

So I kickstarted Heliana's guide to monster hunting and got the VTT stuff, got the add-ons about a month or two ago using a code they sent to backers. However the bundle the code redeemed now has a compendium added to it, but when i look in mine none of the info is there for the book. I checked my settings and it says I did not own in my library the compendium but I COULD purchase it, and while displeased i was not against buying it again to get the compendium....the issue is you can only get it through the bundle, which Roll20 says I own. Is there some way to update or fix this issue? I generally have no idea what to do

Hi Honored Cur! This sounds like a problem that cannot be community-solved, so your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request  and get dev help. It's also worthwhile to reach out to the creator of the product, since I don't believe this is an internal Roll20-driven conversion?

I never had the issue before so I was not sure if it was something I needed to do. The Creator told me also to go to the help center and they got it up and running.
