From Wizards of the Coast there are a number of adventure compilations available: Tales from the Yawning Portal (TftYP) Ghosts of Saltmarsh (GoS) Candlekeep Mysteries (CM) Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel (JTtRC) Keys from the Golden Vault (KftGV) I've run portions of TftYP, CM, and KftGV. The last three are large compilations of short adventures. Many can be run in one-shots. The first two are a smaller number of longer adventures. TftYP are old-school dungeon crawls updated for 5th Edition. They are definitely not one-shots. My CM campaign is about 10 adventures in and it's been really fun for me and my players. The quality is a little up and down, with some of the adventures requiring some re-writing. But with such a wide range of types of adventures, I would guess that you're very likely to find a few that will work for you and your players. I've only run the first adventure from KftGV, but it was the best one-shot I've ever run. This compilation is all about "heists" in different settings. I think they are going to work well in a limited-time format. My plan is to have the 4-hour session limit work as a limiting factor for the players. In addition to any in-game restrictions for them to finish the heist, they also have to finish the session within 4 hours or they fail. It'll be very different from other D&D adventures I've run, but like I said, the first session was really popular.
