Cannot Change Name or Email of Account

My friend is having issues changing their name and email address and genuinely need to change them as it contains their deadname. They are running off the latest version of Firefox (116.0.2) on Windows 10. I am running largely the same setup using the same version of Firefox and Windows but had no such issues changing my name and we both followed the same exact steps. The error they receive is "The name you chose will cause problems," which is largely unhelpful in diagnosing what is actually the issue. For their privacy, I am posting in their stead.

Hi V Emoro! This will require a  Help Center Request . Roll20 doesn't handle account info in open forum, for the privacy concerns you cite. They will likely need to send the request from their own account.
