Nightbane, please for Kevin's sake give me Nightbane

Is anyone running Nightbane right now?  I have characters ready to go.

I would love to play nightbane, I could have a character made in no time. so if anyone is going to run a nighbane campaign and the times work for me, count me in.

I've found plenty of people wanting to play Nightbane, but no one wants to GM.

I've also been long interested in Nightbane. I'd be down for trying it out.

And then after you find a GM, you need to coordinate everyone's schedule.

Not quite, but I'm working on grooming one

As in He has experience as a GM and I'm introducing him to Nightbane for the first time and he seems excited about it.  He's reading through the books now.

I don't own any of the Nightbane books yet. I've got almost all of the Rifts and Fantasy books but I hadn't gotten to Nightbane yet.

i bought the nightbane books but have only looked them over. so id be a total newbee but, gotta start somewhere. lol

I just ordered all of the Nightbane stuff. Even if a game never comes along it'll be interesting to read.

All of the Nightbane books showed up in the mail today. Now I have a lot to read in the "library".

I always like the idea of  the Nightspawn (night bane  i just liked the feel of the old name even if they changed it for legal reasons . I still use it lol.) being people with a supernatural manifestation  of their souls. Like a Batman build would likely have  a hulking brute, maybe with the leatherboy bit , eternal wounds that he would get more of. 9the one on his heart  for his parents) and bat like humanoid or just bat like wings. (i my mind having them fold around like goliath from gargoyles.). Just my kind of idea. I like night bane that aren't power grabs but have some style.

oooh a Bat man night spawn dealing with a vampire crazy joker..... the jokers cronies are alll clownlike wild vampires he unleashes on the city...

As the players develop their (in the Epic Mess) areas and strongholds (and eventual empires) Every planet, station, asteroid base casts a shadow there is no reason. That a lost/darkness night bane cant  come out of the otherside of the mirror. Maybe even a Nightbane and a few shadow warlock minions. Maybe a Nightbane sorcerer (hmm since the game has a lot of space going ons.. space magic is a great idea)(for me its about the spawns morphos to tell a story ((After all you will be 15thlevel plus)) not a power grab. the other thing  to note that i dont believe only earth/humans can be nightspawn (imagine a klingon nightspawn...). Really an aliens unlimited race (minus the "power roll" ) (i'd be pretty hard pressed to go oh you want a super powered Night bane hmmm? ((But the alien appearance and physiological modifications are completely fine in my mind)).Still just a thought. 

So has anyone found someone willing to gm nightmare? If Mt schedule works I would be down.

I bought the first Nightbane book and I am reading it now. I love the Palladium settings, but the crunch hurts my head, LOL.  Time wise: I am in the Pacific US time zone and basically can run from 11 am my time (GMT-8) till about midnight* or so.  Ideally afternoons - early evenings my time work best for me.  *A session would be about 3 hours.  Mondays or Thursdays are the only days open for now.  As I am running 3 other campaigns maybe every 2 weeks?  Is this doable for enough of you folks? If so.  Just reply here with "+1 Player" :) We get enough chooms, we get a game.

I am in the central time zone and I would be available either Monday or Thursday 7pmcst-10pmcst would be great for me any time earlier or later would be out for me. If this works for people I am in!

I'd be interested and at the moment my availability is about the same as Bishop's. Things might change next month though, when I start my course. (Haven't gotten my schedule yet)

Well this thread has been going on for years so hopefully we'll get a few more pings. If you know any folks invite them.  The usual process for Roll20 is 7-8 sign up, about half actually make a character, and 2-3 show up for the first session.  So I prefer to overbook.  :)

Noticed some of you folks are also posting in the Heroes Unlimited thread. :)  Do you folks want HU2 or Nightbane more?  Of if both, which one first? 

If I can only have one I would vote for Heroes Unlimited over Nightbane at the moment.  But if you were up for it what I really want is both separate games.

I'm good with either as well.  I'm not greedy.

I would love both if it works for everyone, as for which is more important to me they are both the same to me so whichever everyone is pumped for.

I think that they are very compatible, so I want both at the same time. Being especially greedy, I also want Ninjas and Superspies, and Mystic China. Because Superhero games can have anything.

This is starting to sound like a Rifts world-making session.  :)    I don't have any major issues combining the rules...but I am unfamiliar with both HU and Nbane are there any jarring concerns with combining them?   Oh what am I saying, it's Palladium. We'll figure it out.  Regarding other sources, I don't have those books and my brain will melt if I try to cram. Let's see if we have solid group first. On the survey in discord right now we only have 2 players at most for any given time slot.  Looking for a time that is doable for everyone would be preferred. 

I am against combining them.  Can we have two separate games?  As far as Nightbane I would even go so far as to say I'm an expert.  I can help with some files I've put together.

I agree with Bones, I would like a pure nightbane game, and a pure HU game. If we can only do one to start which I totally understand that is cool. See how everything works out and then add a second gaming session to do the other.
