I cannot subscribe, and I sure would like to.

Returning subscriber- when I attempt to pay for my subscription, I get 'There was a problem creating your subscription.'- this is true no matter the method I use- I even have R20 credits sufficient to pay for a month, and that doesn't work either. I have a game in 4 hours and filed a report this am; any chance that I hear back from them or should I prep for my game as though I don't have access to the pro tools? Any help would be appreciated, TIA

So, I couldn't upgrade to the middle tier, but it let me select a Pro subscription, which is fine. Still, R20 might want to look into why it's so hard to give them money. 

You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attending and a ticket for your issue.  It’s mostly community help here, and we can’t help with subscriptions. 

It sounds like you've filed a report already, Steven. I've done what I can to also direct attention your way.
