Can't Get Past Authentication Screen

My friend was using Roll20 just fine until a couple weeks ago, but now she's unable to get in, as every time she opens the site, it's just stuck on the "Authenticating User..." screen.

Hi Keb,  Here are some possible remedies: Have her clear her cookies and cache and see if that helps. Alternately try a different browser.  Finally, she could try a Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) tab and see if that helps.  If none of that remedies the problem she should file a bug report (or you on her behalf if she is unable to) via the Help Center  as the Bug Report forum is primarily for users helping users.
