How do I delete the Playing Card deck?

A player in my campaign has cards in his hand, and it is preventing me from deleting the deck. The option is not present in the menu where it usually is, so I am curious as to how I remove it.

Is this for the default "Playing Card" deck?  Can you recall all cards and hide? It looks like the option to delete the default "Playing Cards" has been removed. (I assume to keep people from accidentally deleted it...)
Did you set the option to hide the deck from players and that Players can not draw any cards from it? When in session, click on the cards your Player has in his hand (above his Avatar). A popup will open for that player where he needs to accept you "stealing" his card. Do this for all and just delete them. OR have your player drag all his cards to the VTT (as if he would play them) and delete them from there... But I'd set the options mentioned first, or else your players will be able to draw additional cards... path said: A player in my campaign has cards in his hand, and it is preventing me from deleting the deck.
