Chat Archive Won't Load - Just One Page!

Detailed description of the problem I recently finished a campaign this week that's 9 chat-archive long, and when I tried to open up the chat archive it won't show all the chat history. ONLY the 3rd page won't load from the total archive, and when I try to open it as a 'Show on One Page', it won't load either. I'm super upset since this page contains the climax of the campaign and we've lost it. The archive showed this part without any problem when we were playing this lost part of the game, and we didn't use any fancy roll20 functions (it was a simple CoC campaign) Is there any way to solve this problem and get my chat archive back? Currently I've tried everything I could, such as using different browsers(chrome, microsoft edge, safari) , clearing cache, turning off all the addons/extensions, openeing the archive in different devices (PC, laptop-both iOS and Windows, iphone, ipad), and the players says they also cannot access this single page from the chat archive. Since I have no idea why this happened, I don't know how to reproduce this problem. And my other campagins don't have this problem. P.S.: These seemed like similar cases when I searched through previous issues on this forum https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3592196/chat-archive-for-game-vanished https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4044/slug%7D

Hi 마린! First, thanks, it sounds like you have been very proactive in your troubleshooting. If all of those steps failed to allow your archive to load, it may have become corrupted. This is not as common a problem as it has been in the past (at least I see a lot fewer reports), it still happens occasionally. My advice is to try to load that page, grab a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) for that attempt, and file a Help Center Request . It sounds like something that will require dev help, beyond the community help typical of the forums. Good luck!
