My Characters disappeared

I have an old game that my characters disappeared from. I was trying to copy a character over to a game. However when i loaded into transmogrifier to swap the character over and nothing is there from the source game. The source game is 3 years old and i was about to move a character over to my new horror mini series and i can find anything in this game for characters. -&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/7754127" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/7754127</a> Can you please help?

Hi Josh! Are the characters in the source game if you open the source game itself? If so, then we can pinpoint this to being a transmogrifier issue. Are you the creator (not just GM) of both games? If all of these are true, then you likely need to file a&nbsp; Help Center Request , as this is probably beyond the community level help typical of the forums.

FYI, although posting the link to your game will help a dev, it does nothing for other users. We can't navigate to it, not being players. And never, ever post an invite link publicly. This opens your game to vandalism by anybody. Save links for the aforementioned&nbsp; Help Center Request , or to post privately to someone you reasonably trust.

Ok thanks for the details. Yes I am the owner and the GM of both games. However when you go into the main game the characters are not their either. Or I thought I could just move it in the character vault and move it that way. But nothing, I don't know how they disappeared. So you think help center still?

It's highly unusual for data to disappear like that without some form of user action. Unless you think that a co-gm might have done some deleting, that the characters in question might have been archived (in the game, but hidden in the archived characters section), or you have a different game by the same name lurking about somewhere, dev intervention is really the only way to go. You could try a campaign rollback, but it is likely the source game has lain fallow too long. Hopefully the devs can help.
