Is anyone else having problems with the video and audio tonight? We keep losing both.. There’s nothing wrong with our broadband as everything else has been working absolutely fine and the upload/download speeds are good.
We had a couple of problems last night, but no idea if they were Roll20 related or not. I had to reset my chosen camera, and one person just could not get his camera to work. (this is a common problem for him elsewhere, so again, not sure if Roll20 was a factor.)
It's odd - with just two of us on it works fine but as soon as the third member of the team comes on it starts glitching and we loose sound and video, or it gets massive delays which makes the game almost unplayable. Very frustrating. Not sure why that is.
What solutions have you tried? Different browsers? Isolating to see if the issue is a particular third player, etc. Here is a good checklist for A/V troubleshooting .
I’ve tried different browsers. None were any better. I am wondering if the problem lies with our friends - it only seems to happen when they come online. If it is not sure what to do about it - they’re not exactly computer savvy! I’m wondering which browser they use. I’ll ask them next time we talk. Cheers for the checklist, will go through it 👍
