Making GM rolls public.

It would be cool if you could make Gm rolls public and public rolls to gm rolls so that you can see the number beforehand but so you can make it gm if you want or need to to not kill a group or smt and also if you wanted to make a gm roll or need to remember numbers you can just make the public rolls dm rolls so the players can't see but you.
