Gameplay details I will send a Google Form where you’ll outline your lines and veils. We’ll join together at Session 0 to go over expectations and share overall lines and veils, roll for stats, and create characters. If anyone needs some explanations of D&D mechanics or parts of the character sheet, we’ll also do that in Session 0. I am a roleplay-focused DM who likes to have fun and funny moments. More technical things: Leveling-up will be based on milestones. I’ll be utilizing optional flanking rules, bonus action potion drinking, and using Strength for intimidation. I also have players vote each session to give another player Inspiration for all of us to celebrate awesome moments or cool choices. How will character creation work Characters will be made in Roll20. (If you like D&DBeyond, no worries! We’ll use the Beyond20 plugin so you’ll be able to use Roll20 as a tabletop). Characters will start at Level 1 and will level up quickly to start. We’ll use max HP for Level 1, after that roll. If you roll lower than average, you can take average. I can meet individually with anyone who’d like some help with character ideas or just needs help setting up their Roll20 account.
