Account credit dissapeared for no reason?

Hello. Recently, one of my players had gifted me a balance of $10.99 for our campaign, which I then used to get the $5.99 monthly suscription; as of now, one month later of that, my $5 leftover balance was removed, magically. There is no trace of it, there was no automatic renewal, and I don't have premium. Where has this balance gone, and what can I do to get it back? It was taken from my account. Thanks!

Hi Saekuura! Account issues are always handled outside the public forum, to protect account privacy. The best place to resolve this is through a  Help Center Request . Let me know if you don't see any movement on that in a reasonable amount of time, and I'll do my best to direct attention to it.
