Everything is Broken

I DM when my group's DM needs a break, or too many people are going to miss a session, but the last few times I tried to DM, a lot of features just don't work anymore. The Initiative tracker will not pop up when I click the clock button  (including in games where I am a player) , I can't edit characters sheets, tokens, or page settings, I can't set fog of war, and I can't delete pages. Initiative Tracker: I click the clock button and nothing happens, repeat and again nothing happens. Character Sheets: I can add sheets but can't open them when I click the character names. Tokens: I can move them, adjust the size,  add values to the 3 colored slots at the top,  and add the effects icons, but the gear (settings) button does nothing. Also right-clicking to add a turn or open the character sheet does nothing. Fog of War: I click the "reset fog of war" button and the screen gains a grey overlay and freezes. Editing/Deleting Pages: I try to do either and the screen gains a grey overlay and freezes.  I don't even know when it truly started to show up only that it did so around April or May and I can't find any fixes.

Hi Joc Wiil! Those sound like frustrating problems, but hopefully they are ones that can be addressed. Since I don't see a flood of reports on the forum of those issues, it's probably something that can be diagnosed. Here are a number of quick fixes as tests that can clear up a lot of odd behavior: 1. Make sure you are running either Chrome or Firefox. Other browsers may work, but if they break, they are not supported. 2. Try clearing cache and cookies. Then log out and back in for good measure. 3. Try running in a private browsing (incognito) window. This will eliminate most browser extension conflicts. 4. Are you running the UI redesign or the older interface? If one, try the other. You can set this on the settings tab. I would assume you are on the older interface, since you describe the turn tracker button as looking like a clock. The new one looks like a list with an arrow. 5. Are you the original creator of the game? Make sure you are logging in as GM. 6. Try creating a new test game to see if issues persist. It could be your game is corrupted. 7.  What character sheet is installed with your game? Although a faulty character sheet cannot usually negatively affect the UI, it could have problems with opening or copying character journals. 8. What sort of hardware are you using? Roll20 works on even very old or slow machines, but does have some reported issues when running on a tablet.
Thank you! I checked my extensions and it was an Ad blocker that was causing the problems. Everything is working again after doing a run-down of all my problems, lol. So I just need to turn the Ad blocker off when I use Roll20 from now on.  Again, thank you Keithcurtis!

Not sure where to post this glitch. Since the new format, my compendium will not allow me to view half of my content. When I open feats it only allows me to scroll down to poisoner. Same kind of thing with spells and monsters. I cannot see most monsters unless i type in a very particular monster. What am I doing wrong. Surely this is not how it is supposed to work.

Hi Alan! When Roll20 releases a new feature, there is typically an announcement thread . This is where reports outside of a  Help Center Request  are most likely to be seen by the dev team. FWIW, several people (including myself) have reported this behavior.
there is many issues with the character sheets ... they are all blank
