Why is my account banned until 2038?

Why  was my account banned until 2038? What did I do wrong?

Hi- Have tried to go through the help center but it seems my inquiries are ignored. I mean, I have thousands of $$ of roll20 books on my banned account abnd I cant use them. Anyway thanks for the help.

It's odd to get no response at all. I have made a report, but most of the people who I have contacts for were out of office. Give it until tomorrow. Unless you received specific communication about a banning, it is almost certainly an error. Roll20 communicates the reason.

That year makes me think you are suffering from the Year 2038 problem. A timestamp in your account has a negative number in it. Definitely something only the Roll20 staff can fix.  Year_2038_problem I’ve submitted a request specifically for the Year 2038 problem. ;)

I tried to explain to the Dev's and mods that my account was hacked, so I had no idea what was going on. Once I recovered my account I find that the mods refused to listen to me about my account being hacked and what ever the hacker did, it caused my account to be banned. I did complain complain to the BBB and have been talking with lawyers on this situation. If I did not have thousands of $$ in electronic books on that account I would not be so proactive on this. Perhaps the Dev's just do not care.
