looking to record/animate a game for youtube with a group of established friends that are funny experienced players and lousy artists, Last year i recorded and animated one of my roll20 games on youtube, you can watch it here, https://youtu.be/rM5OBMmKVX8?si=bR3HcwljBC_KZTu3 , This year I would like to record a more cooperative artist game where the players all draw their own characters and some of the NPCs, this would be black and white cartoon styles sketches with one or 2 colors (ie; dilbert , farside, haggard the horrible, or very simple anime) . Not a high level of detail would be required as each player would need to draw 5-10 images per session of their character plus weapons or few npcs. We would use discord to do voice (players need a mic that works well) and use discord to share the drawn images during and after the game ( yes drawing homework), having a scanner is prefered but you can take a picture of artwork with a phone if you have too. this series would just be still images over the photograph backgrounds and the roll20 screen. i understand not all players want to be recorded so talk to your group and see if they would be interested and we can all chat on discord and see if we could all work together, what kind of game and story you have in mind, and what levels and system. i have been looking for a group that are all existing friends and somewhat experienced players because i think gaming with strangers does not leave the same level of caring about your teammates as a group that cares about each other more than themselves. Friends tend to joke and be more open with each other as opposed to strangers. As i have found out a video is only as good as its players and gm, and i would start by recording a session and then deciding if it is worth the work of editing it and animation. I myself would like to be a player as a supporting character or play as various npcs during the game, I am ok playing in a 5e or pathfinder game or I could GM but i only gm with my homebrew gaming system that i have used for 9 years. I wouldn't mind not being a gm this year so I can focus on scripting the artwork and backgrounds. This is going to be shiddy and fast production hopefully putting out 1 episode per month . video of the players is also another option and i have 2 computers that could record the game and the cameras on discord . but this would drag out editing time by alot . dm me if your group is interested

I am Gm'ing a group of girls through their very first game of 5e. ages range from 14-21. they all keep diaries in the campaign forum, the 21 yo is an accomplished artist and draws stills of what she finds funny or interesting. they are saved to our external server. They text about the game in character that is situational and funny imo. No video for the game, as these are the children of my friends. If you would like help with the animation Mora Thistlebrush (the 21 yo artist) can collaborate with you. Join the campaign to read some of the journal entries. DM me for an invite to our server to see some of the original art. If you want to play in the game, i have a wizard/sorceror/worlock position open, but you'll have to play on the down low or as a Fizban the Fabulous type befuddled old mage. the campaign can be found here: https://app.roll20.net/join/8179143/ucc_7w
