New GM/DM Looking for Advice! (Dnd 5e)

Recently I've gotten back into DnD, and I've been thinking about starting a campaign. I've tried before, but it wasn't fun, and we all had a mutual agreement that we didn't want to play anymore. So, I'm looking for advice on what I should do, how to be a good GM/DM, etc. If this is the wrong forum to direct my questions to, please politely let me know and direct me to a better space to post my questions. Please be nice to me, I'm still relatively new.

Hi Goddess_Of_Wisdom,  Roll20's forums are primarily for finding out how to use Roll20 rather than how to run any particular game system.  With that said, you might want to try the Official D&D Discord server  or other online resources (such as Youtube) for advice on how to be a good DM.  Just to be clear, the forums are absolutely to help you with how to use Roll20, including how to use Roll20 with specific game systems such as D&D.
