i was creating a monster npc and when i finish it and add everything including actions i saved and was about to upload the image of the monster, but when i open its sheet it only showed this: (selected in green box)
Were you editing it popped out or in the VTT? If popped out, I suggest putting it back in the VTT and then editing it and see if you get a different result. Editing while popped out doesn't work well.
Hi Yatashi! I would try re-loading the game. Hold down the shift key while loading to force a cache re-fresh. Also try temporarily turning off the popout function on characters and handouts. You can do this under the in-game settings tab. EDIT: Or do what Gauss said. :D
