Cypher Deck contents?

Could someone advise what contents are in any of the Cypher decks?  Do we get 1) Handouts, 2) Tokens, 3) drag and drop items (gear, numenera, weapons, etc), 4) characters i.e. NPCs as character sheets)?  The descriptions read like they're just copied over from the print products.

The Cypher Decks are just what they are: Decks you can use while playing the game... There are no Handouts involved... Basically those are just the Cards with their contents... (Exactly what is shown in the Market Place Preview Images)
