I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, or if this kind of post is even allowed, but I didn't see anything prohibiting it in the guidelines, so I figured I'd shoot my shot! I'm a player, not a DM/GM, and I'm looking for 4-6 other newbies to start a party with. I want us all to get to know each other and make sure we mesh well, and once the party is right, I would like us to find a paid DM to run a campaign for us. We would pay anywhere from 5 to 15 dollars apiece per session, depending on how many of us there are and how much the DM charges. Post here or send me a message of you are interested! Here are some specifics I want to be kept in mind: -players should be able to have regular sessions on sundays (I'm in central timezone) -players should, preferably, be over 25 years old (my husband and I are both 32 and want people closer to our age) -players should have played very little or not at all (I have played about 3 sessions total in 2 different campaigns and my husband has played 1) but more experienced people will be considered if you can tell me why you're interested in being in a group of newbies -players should be LGBT friendly -players should be okay with voice chat over discord (no video for sessions) -players should be prepared to chat and be social with the rest of the party, leading up to party completion at the very least, so we can know whether we get along and work well together If you are interested, reply here or send me a message with some info about yourself (name/handle, age, experience, timezone, anything else you'd like to include).
