Organizing Characters For GM

One of the outstanding things that I could see getting in my way is that, while the character tracker is great, it would be nice if there would be some sort of organizational structure, with folders and sub-folders to store different types of NPC's.
I can see this being really useful. Right now, if I have a bunch of characters, they're all in one folder. Being able to sort them into, say, PCs, undead, Demons, animals, and Bosses would be a nice touch.
It sounds like a good idea.
My current work around for this, is naming the front of it like Beastiary: Spiderling or NPC: Dr. Fakename Esq. so it sort of fits?
This is a great idea. No player likes meaningless downtime, and no DM like the pressure of the downtime as they search through list of characters trying to find the one they need. Another awesome addition is you can "connect" them to certain maps. I may need a NPC for map 1, but then never use them again.
