Have you filled in everything that's needed?

Hello everyone
Since yesterday the Charactermancer no longer works. When at the end of character creation, after all the steps, when I get to the review the apply changes button is gray and does not create the card
Thank you
Hi Mauro, it is asking for some mandatory fields to be completed (marked with a red X)? I have just used the charactermancer without a problem, so it is not a global issue.
Sorry Markus, didn't see your post as I hit to upload : ))
Hi East Tower, have you tried clearing cache or a different browser (I use F'Fox and C'mancer works for me right now)? What about a private window? Would also suggest turning off any extensions/ add-ons (although mine are active and it is fine). Just some belt n braces checks of the usual suspects
Hi folks!
You might be able to find some tips on this page: Troubleshooting a Stuck Charactermancer (D&D 5E)
Yes I filled in all the fields I also changed Browser F.fox C.me safari and Edge also in different compures. I also asked the player to create one but nothing works for him either. before, if you didn't fill in all the fields it still made you save the character. Maybe it could be that I set roll20 in Italian?

Your best bet (other than invite a fresh set of eyes o your gme) is to fill in a Help Center Request. Describe your problem. Hopefully the dev team has the tools to help you figure out what's going on.
Thank you Keithcuris as always you are like a lighthouse in the sea of problems on this forum. For now I've solved it by creating a new adventure and then importing the Character between one adventure and another
Maybe I found the problem!. Since I use the Sanity trait in my adventures this interrupts the character creation process. by removing the sanity feature from the game settings the charactermancer does not crash

Very interesting! I wonder if that's reproducible?
Hey Mauro,
This is a great catch! I was actually able to reproduce this issue on my end by enabling the sanity feature which caused the level 1 charactermancer to fail.
Going to do some more digging, but I've already escalated this issue to our development teams to start looking into what's going on and getting it resolved properly!
Hi Drespar
Staying on the topic of things that could be improved, I would suggest a better review of the Italian translation.
es:
in the sidebar the Light level is called "Leggero" wrong translation which has the meaning of light i.e. "not heavy" while the correct translation should be "Luce"
In the same the map layer is translated as a Mappa Geografica , this means that the letters protrude from the edges making it incomprehensible. The reading of the same could be translated as "Mappa"
In the character sheet, the heroism points in the dark version of the sheet cannot be read because the writing is black on a black background
