All My Players' Characters Sheets Deleted

I don't know what happened that messed it up.  First I transferred some characters from a Pathfinder game.  Then I bought and applied the Roll20 Humble Bundle.  Whether it was either of those, or neither of those, I don't know.  All I do know is that my players spent an hour remaking characters and I don't know what happened to cause such a problem.  Can anyone help here?

Hi John,  You will need to contact the Devs via the Help Center . Make sure you tell them about Humble Bundle, it has been causing problems with folks. Hopefully they can fix the problem with your game.  If you don't get assistance in a day or so please let me know.
