Hi. I'm making up handouts with pasted screenshots of text (pdf is locked, and I need to edit them!)  When I Ctrl-V and paste them in, it pastes 2 copies of the image, one after the other

Update. It gets better, because today when I paste an image into the text and Save Changes, the image is lost. Tried it twice
